QUOI??!!??? No Way!!! I am pretty good friends with the guitarist from Yuca, James. I went to college with him and became friends there. I just saw him in California at the wedding of a mutual close friend (we were both groomsman). I was pretty surprised to them referenced here, but they are totally worthy, a great band.

I think when we say Unkown we mean bands that most people might not know about like Indie bands or newer bands that haven't made a name for themselves yet

A while back GlorytoGod mentioned Doubting Paris. Guys I'm telling you that these guys rock. You really need to check 'em out. You can listen to their songs on their Myspace. www.myspace.com/doubtingparis and they're on iTunes. They recently recorded an EP which is due to come out soon. I got to hear the songs this summer and I can honestly say that I enjoy every single one. Be sure to check them out.

hmm. nosmallwonder is very good. dizmas is getting more popular, so i don't know if i'd consider them "unknown" anymore. but they're still worth checking out. other than that.... i'd say hook line and sinker. they're a great ska band.

You guys should all check out these two bands. The first is bigger than the second (they played at Cornerstone, but they're still mostly local) and the second is a cool band from my area.
