"It was one of those perfect mornings while reading The Pursuit Of God that I started writing the melody for “Gaze Into Your Eyes,” and then I eventually began grabbing lines from that specific chapter “The Gaze Of Our Soul” to work into the song. You’ll hear me refer to this song a lot when I’m explaining the band’s purpose.
