Lyrics:
I rock it out about a quarter to one then Iʼm done ʻCause I want you all awake and like full attention This is the point where my anointing defines every line Spreading, kingdom realities in perilous times Not a second to waste..not a minute to spare... Go and compare (are you ready) nobodyʼs still there So we continue moving on pressing in for more Try to be 1st Corinthians 7:24 This door opens up another slams behind But thatʼs the price of moving in this greater state of mind With every instinct I try and stick to my plan But God is still God and I follow directions Except corrections, acknowledge I went wrong Do it your way parlay blueprints strong Pushing along, doesnʼt matter who but why Donʼt mind going solo but I wanna multiply ʻCause itʼs one for nobody, two for free shows Three to tour in faith, four we still will (gonna) go Itʼs the essence of change, itʼs the freedom of lives Spreading kingdom realities in perilous times Where did we begin? Who said we could stop? How many wanna go? How many we got? Not a perfect man, itʼs the only reason why I got one hand to the gutter, other hand to the sky Try to add to it, try to take away Make your vulnerability impossible to fake Meet me in the middle with words to contemplate Screaming with your mouth shut in order to relate I can see me in you, I can wonder what if But when it stops at mere emotion no change is on it No matter the amount I will still continue in I wanna see results, the hard hearted broken I wanna see the rise, after so many tries I wanna see the move, changed tears in their eyes Repentance in truth I guess all I want to see Is S.K.R.I.P.T. Move so we went, complete commitment Is this where Iʼm supposed to be? The first vision, this is the Great Commission S.K.R.I.P.T.
Benjiman, Craig Paulsen
Behind the Song: "The whole meaning of S.K.R.I.P.T. is simply "Spreading Kingdom Realities In Perilous
Times.” This was originally going to be the title to my first record but we decided to go
with "Activate" instead and save this name for the second record. While the acronym is
pretty straight forward, the definition really is not. A kingdom reality is many things. For
example, the fact that Christ died for our sins is a "kingdom reality." The fact that God
loves us no matter our past is a "kingdom reality." A kingdom reality is, in essence, a fact
or a promise stated by God himself! I hope every time you hear this song you think
about a kingdom reality that brings hope into your heart." - Benjiman
