"Written while pregnant with my first-born, Solomon Fury Lee, this was immediate feeling put to song. Tired, fat and in the studio making a rock record, I couldn't focus and these are the words that came to mind. However, for 'Blink' I re-recorded it because it took on a whole new meaning when I met Solomon face to face ... and how ironic it is that the second verse gives almost a play by play of the elated feeling I got immediately when he was born.
