(Nashville, TN) June 23, 2010 – With more than 11-million albums sold worldwide, Hillsong LIVE returns with 12 new songs for its 20th recording, A Beautiful Exchange, set to release June 29 via EMI CMG Label Group. Coinciding with the release of the recording, Reuben Morgan leads his first Hillsong LIVE tour of the U.S. set to launch July 21 into major markets across the country.

The tour went on sale to the public June 4 in multiple markets and has already sold thousands of tickets nationally. With all Hillsong LIVE with Reuben Morgan tour dates selling quickly, the Los Angeles event Aug. 3 at the 2,300-seat Club Nokia has already completely sold out, and a second event added at the venue Aug. 5 also sold out soon after going on sale. The full tour itinerary is listed below.

“The hope of the Hillsong LIVE summer tour is to bring our Hillsong Australia worship service to our friends in the U.S.,” says Morgan, who co-wrote the current No. 1 Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) song, “Mighty To Save,” sung by an estimated 40 million people every week in church services around the world. “These meetings are charged with the presence of God, and are moments where our lives are often radically impacted by a real and present God. We have seen some amazing things as God continues to speak His life into these gatherings – can’t wait to see what God has for July and August in the USA.”

Each year Hillsong Church, one of the world’s fastest-growing evangelical ministries, records songs from its worship community around the world that have resonated with the church throughout the year. Recorded live Nov. 8 along with thousands of worshippers gathered together in the Sydney Entertainment Centre and led by worship leaders Reuben Morgan, Joel Houston, Darlene Zschech and Jad Gillies, among others, Hillsong LIVE’s A Beautiful Exchange will be the first release of brand new songs in the alliance announced earlier this year with EMI Christian Music Group. Known for such worldwide worship anthems as “Shout To The Lord,” “Mighty To Save,” “My Hope,” “From the Inside Out,” “Hosanna” and many more, Hillsong LIVE’s “Forever Reign” is the first radio single from the new album and is a message of hope written by Morgan along with Jason Ingram.

“So often I feel like I come to God, and I’ve got nothing,” says Morgan, “but when I feel like there is no good in me, no joy in me, no peace – He is peace, He is joy, He is our salvation. I love that confession. I love singing the chorus of this song with both hands raised: Running to Your arms, the riches of Your love will always be enough. It’s been humbling to see how the church has taken ahold of this song.”

In addition to the confession of “Forever Reign,” A Beautiful Exchange explores themes of sacrifice and redemption in the title track, extraordinary love in “Our God Is Love,” and features songs of hope, reconciliation and praise.

“This is Hillsong Church coming together from all over Sydney to celebrate, to pray, to seek God,” says Morgan. “We just press record. This is not about an album. This is really about a church, a family truly seeking God together…A Beautiful Exchange is a picture of that.”

In addition to the CD, A Beautiful Exchange is featured on DVD and Blu-ray, along with a “Behind The Scenes” documentary and subtitles in 11 languages, reflecting the worldwide reach of Hillsong LIVE. The Special Edition DVD/Blu-ray further features five bonus recordings from Hillsong London.
