All Access is a Kentucky based band formed in 1998 by Doug Lucas. Their full-length 2000
release 15 Charismatic Wonders, produced by Dale Thompson (of Bride fame), garnered airplay all over
the world. They have played with bands such as Ghoti Hook, Beanbag, The Elms, Jennifer Knapp, Jaci Velasquez
as well as a Nashville stop on the "Vans Warped Tour '01" with Blink 182, The Ataris, Sum 41, 311, New Found
Glory, and more. In November of 2001, they hit the studio with Jade Hanson of Believable Picnic and Luxury Stars
fame to record their latest project, The Composites Of Rock And Roll.
This EP definitely shows where the band is headed. Songs such as “Leave Me Alone” and “Gone” bring to mind
the punk rock riffs of a Squad Five O or Huntingtons with a dash of The Ramones. “This Kiss” and “What Happened
To Reality” highlight a slow punk emo anthemic feel that I wouldn’t mind seeing much more of. The slow anthem stuff
works for them and I definitely can’t wait to see what they put out on the table in the upcoming future.
With the way All Access is headed, they will definitely have the composites of Rock and Roll down.
