Behind the Song:
'I lived 20 years of my life struggling with depression and handling it with medication. God delivered and healed me 3 ½ years ago.
Depression has run through my family for generations. As a young boy, my family told me that I had this illness too, I believed it and
therefore it became real in my life. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” Jesus bore this curse along with every other at the cross.
When I began to believe His reality, my reality changed. It’s so important that we speak truth and blessing over our spouses, children and everyone else. The power to bless and to curse is in the tongue. I figured it was time for this truth to be said in a song.' - John Waller
