Supporting the Jan. 24 release of P.O.D.’s highly
anticipated new album, Testify, the Atlantic recording
group is set for another round of major TV appearances this week. The hard rock quartet were the
featured guest performers last night on NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. They are also taping for a February 2nd
appearance on NBC’s Last Call with Carson Daly and a live performance on CD USA, a new original series
from DIRECTV, on February 4. Check local listings for broadcast times.
The band kicked off 2006 with an explosive New Year’s Eve outdoor performance in New York City’s Times
Square, which aired on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. And Jan. 20 saw P.O.D. heralding the release of Testify
with an appearance on MTV’s Total Request Live where the band performed an unprecedented five songs. As a result,
the album’s first single, “Goodbye For Now,” made an electrifying top 10 debut on the TRL countdown,
entering the chart at No. 8.

Hawk Nelson is currently featured on PureVolume.com. You can surf on over there now and catch a brand
new cut from the band's forthcoming sophomore record, Smile, It's The End of The World, releasing
April 4th. The rock based song, entitled "The One Thing I Have Left," somewhat sheds the band's pop punk
skin (but not too much). If this song is any reflection on the new record, the band could be
looking at a winner on their hands this April. Visit http://www.purevolume.com/hawknelson to hear it now!

Floodgate Records is pleased to announce the signing of Bernard.
The St. Augustine, FL based band has been wowing audiences with their moving music and multimedia driven
shows. Bernard’s Floodgate debut EP A View Beyond the Cave, will release March 7, 2006.
A View Beyond the Cave will consist of 7 songs and will be an iTunes exclusive. The CD will
also be available at Bernard’s live shows and from the Floodgate Records website.
Bernard’s first show was with Cool Hand Luke and the two bands quickly formed a friendship both
personally and artistically. Over the next few years, Bernard has shared the stage with The Myriad,
Forever Changed, and Denison Marrs, all of which reported back to Floodgate that this Florida band
needed to be looked at. Tim Taber, the president of the label, flew to a show and they have been in
constant dialog ever since. “We are exhilarated to have the opportunity to work with everyone at
Floodgate Records,” explains Jared Bowser, drummer and programmer for Bernard. We have all been very
big fans of the label and their bands for what seems like light years. We were immediately attracted to
the artistic freedom that the label offered, as well as the family-like relationship that they have with
their bands. We are greatly looking forward to what the future holds for Bernard and Floodgate
Records.” Bernard’s focus on music merging with art is consistent with the focus of Floodgate. Their s
hows are complete with a multi-media display. Rarely are words spoken, as each song flows into the
next, narrated by a visual presentation. “The creativity of Bernard makes them totally unique from other bands in the scene,” states Josh Ragsdale, A&R for Floodgate Records. “The guys are so hard working and genuine. We’re glad to have them in the Floodgate family.”

Live at Long Hollow, the debut DVD from Christian music’s premier Big Band, Denver &
The Mile High Orchestra, is slated for release February 7. Produced and directed by
Russell Hall (John Tesh, The Crabb Family), the DVD was recorded at group founder and bandleader Denver
Bierman’s home church, Long Hollow Baptist, in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Live at Long Hollow features nearly two hours of concert performances of such Denver & The Mile
High Orchestra signature songs as “Act The Scat,” “ Stand,” “Get Down,” “The Real Deal,” and “Glory
Forever,” among other selections, as well as Big Band arrangements of the hymns “It Is Well” and “All
Hail The Power.” Bonus features include an interview with Bierman, acoustic performances of five songs,
behind the scenes footage and a bloopers segment. “Live at Long Hollow is undoubtedly the most
high-energy project I have ever worked on,” said Russell Hall, DVD producer/director. “What makes it so
unique is that there is nothing on the market like it, and even if there was, it wouldn't have the
energy that Denver and his band have. This two-disc set was shot with 10 cameras, and with some of the
same crew that work on productions such as The CMA Awards and ‘The Amazing Race.’” In addition to the DVD
release, Denver & The Mile High Orchestra are slated to appear on this weekend’s historic broadcast of
the “Hour of Power.” The January 29 program, airing in the United States and Canada, will feature an
installation service transferring leadership of the Crystal Cathedral and its internationally televised
“Hour of Power” program from the ministry’s founder, Dr. Robert H. Schuller, to his son, Dr. Robert
Anthony Schuller. The Hour of Power continues to be the most watched one-hour church service in America,
according to Nielsen Ratings. Formed by Bierman at Nashville’s Belmont University in 1999, Denver & The
Mile High Orchestra feature 12 members, comprised of trumpet, trombone, saxophone and rhythm sections.
The group’s previous recordings include 2004’s Good To Go and Timeless Christmas, 2002’s
Stand, and the band’s debut, Act The Scat, which released in 2000.

Focusing on the big picture to go out into the world sharing the gospel, pioneering worship band
SONICFLOOd has dedicated their past year to international
travel to visit and perform in five countries around the world. The most recent trip took place this
past December in Istanbul, Turkey. Performing in a country that is composed of 99 percent Muslim faith,
SONICFLOOd front man Rick Heil speaks of the unique opportunity. “When we were talking about the
opportunity to visit Turkey, I was definitely excited but at the same time a little hesitant because of
Istanbul's recent past with terrorist attacks and the bird flu outbreak,” Heil says. “Also to add to my
uneasiness, Turkey has approximately 71 million people in it, of the population only 2,200 people
profess to have a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Each time we played, I knew we were combating a
spiritual force that had led so many astray for so long. After my short visit however, I felt that the
young Church in Turkey was strong and tenacious like a bulldog.”
While in Turkey, SONICFLOOd performed four concerts including a show at one of the top clubs in Europe
being the first Christian concert at the secular venue in modern Turkish history. They also taped
footage for a new music video, “This Generation,” while in Turkey. Other performances included various
schools for international students as well as at a Turkish church.
“The response from our Turkish fans was very overwhelming,” guitarist Trey Hill shares. “We were touched by stories of their trials and triumphs, and how the people of the country are responding to the Gospel. The strength and unity of the church in Turkey was touching. It inspired me to encourage my fellow Christians in the U.S to unite.”
After being healed from Crohn’s disease, Heil feels that God has given him the opportunity to open his eyes to others hurting, to looking outside of himself and re-evaluating his purpose. SONICFLOOd has used their recent release This Generation as a call to action for the body of believers to put their faith into prospective. SONICFLOOd plans to fulfill their purpose this year as they tour with Compassion International this spring, travel to Europe during the summer and close out the fall with a tour to promote missions with the Southern Baptist Convention’s International Mission Board (IMB). Heil speaks of the upcoming partnership with the IMB.
“We hope this tour will wake up hearts to a worldview and bring people with a passion for the nations in touch with those who have the tools to make their dreams of sharing the gospel overseas a reality.”

Nashville-based Christian music distributor TAG Artist Group has partnered with KO-Records to
distribute the upcoming release Sanctuary from singer/songwriter John Cox.
Scheduled to be released March 28, 2006, the title track is already gaining ground at CHR and Rock radio
formats. Many Christian music fans will know John Cox from his critically acclaimed debut CD Sunny Day,
which produced four Top 10 singles and landed him the opening spot on tour with Petra. Since making his
debut, Cox has turned his focus to songwriting, penning hit songs for artists like Josh Bates and David
Phelps. Cox has also been writing for film, with a song featured in the upcoming Lindsay Lohan movie
Something To Dream About. Sanctuary was produced in part by former Petra keyboardist
John Lawry, and the production team Zod Lounge, which is comprised of former Sonic Flood members.
According to TAG Artist Group President Dan Huisinga, the new CD is "hard edged acoustic rock with
lyrics that are searching, encouraging and uplifting. Something with which people can connect."

In addition to NewSong, Winter Jam's artist line-up includes Newsboys, tobyMac, ZOEgirl, Hawk Nelson,
and Krystal Myers. The tour will visit 31 cities every weekend from January 13 to March 19.
In addition to the music, Winter Jam features "Sphere Of Fear," a motorcycle stunt show, and guest
speaker, David Nasser, a youth evangelist and author of A Call to Grace.
According to Eddie Carswell of NewSong, the spiritual impact is as important to the Winter Jam story as
are the successful concert attendance figures. In addition to the estimated 300 decisions made for
Christ, 439 also made commitments to sponsor children in Holt International Children's Services "Waiting
Child Program," a monthly sponsorship program that brings sustaining hope and support to orphaned,
abandoned or vulnerable children awaiting full-time adoptions.
"I can think of no more satisfying way to start the New Year than to be a part of this life-changing
Winter Jam tour. To see kids make decisions for Christ and to see them also supporting an important
ministry like Holt International is what it's all about for NewSong," said Carswell. "It's fantastic
to be part of such a phenomenal, entertaining and inspiring concert experience."
Winter Jam '06 continues this weekend in Ft. Myers and Tampa, FL. The remaining dates and locations

Christian music’s newest pop/rock group, Roads To Rome,
will release their debut CD, Love Rain Down, on February 21, 2006. The band is the flagship
artist for the new independent label Union Street Records, and the new project will be distributed by
TAG Artist Group. Roads To Rome was formed in 2004 and is comprised of veteran musicians, Mike Musick,
lead vocals/ guitar/piano; Kevin O'Neal, keys/ percussion/ vocals; Seth Marcum, bass; and David Burch,
drums/vocals. Musick produced Love Rain Down and wrote most of the music himself. The passion
of the new songs showcase the compelling spiritual message of Roads To Rome.
"I am trying to write songs that speak into people’s lives so they can know someone understands what
they're going through….that there is someone else in the trenches with them,” explains Musick. “I have
strong convictions about my faith because to me Jesus is a real person that I talk to everyday. He is in
the trenches with me and it comes out in our music. A lot of my songs are born out of our daily
struggles and I'm not ashamed of that."
Since the group’s inception, Roads To Rome has kept a heavy touring schedule in the United States and
parts of Europe, including extensive tours throughout Turkey and Ireland. In February 2005, the band
recorded a 5-song EP that was distributed to college radio stations across the country and resulted in
a #1 hit for Roads To Rome, “Always You”. They shared valuable chart position with such major acts as
U2, Beck, Mars Vita, Kings of Leon, and Ben Folds. Roads To Rome has just returned from a successful
tour across the U.S. on the highly popular ShoutFest Tour, sharing the stage with such Christian
artists as Skillet, Seventh Day Slumber, and Grits.

Singer/songwriter Anthony Evans is releasing his second
solo project, Letting Go, March 7th on INO Records. The aptly titled project showcases brand new
songs that are grounded in a deeper understanding of God’s relentless grace. This Dallas-based singer is
already widely recognized for his distinct and dynamic vocals, his joyful expression of passionate faith,
and for his insatiable thirst to understand matters that are important in his relationship with God.
Evans is the son of Dr. Tony Evans (Pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas and President of The
Urban Alternative) and is a second-generation minister and a well-seasoned performer. Evans grew up
singing in the church and decided to make it a career, much to the satisfaction of such notable fans as
Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams and Franklin Graham, to name just a few.
Explaining the theme of Letting Go, Evans says, “I hope people can hear this album and gain
confidence and assurance in the relationship they have with God, knowing God’s arms are securely around
them and He is never letting go.” He continues, “This record is about trusting God absolutely, and
understanding the magnitude of the hope we have through the sacrifice Christ made.”
Produced by Matt Bronleewe and Nathan Nockels, Evans co-wrote nine of the album’s ten songs, partnering
with the likes of Matthew West, Michael Boggs, Chad Cates, Ben Glover and Jason Ingram. From the numerous
songwriting sessions, the songs created for Letting Go represent a transformation Evans experienced as he
struggled last year with his call to represent Christ in music ministry. “I’ve realized more concretely
that God doesn’t want anything from me when it comes to the performance thing,” Evans explains. “All I
need to do is give him my heart. God created me this way and God unconditionally loves me. I better
recognize what God’s love truly means.” The project’s title track, “Letting Go,” is a song that assures
listeners God stands fast beside them in difficult times. The single “Meaningless” recognizes the reality
of humanity’s sinful tendency, while the ballad “Whatever I Can’t Erase” portrays another face of God’s
creative redemption. Closing the record is “You’re My God,” a track witnessing to God’s character as
being one of strict faithfulness. The powerful anthem, “I Choose Now,” is the record’s first single.

Currently on a mission in Rwanda in her role as a global spokeswoman for Compassion International,
Rebecca St. James will return to the U.S. from Africa in late
January-- literally in time to re-pack her suitcases for the launch of her ambitious If I Had One Chance
To Tell You Something Tour which begins a forty-plus concert schedule on February 2nd.
The tour, which celebrates the release of St. James' critically acclaimed latest CD of the same title,
might have the sub-title "chicks that rock!" The Australian born Grammy and Dove Award winner has chosen
BarlowGirl to share the stage with her on the tour which is set to run from February through early April.
BarlowGirl's dramatic impact in Christian music over the past several years has brought them multiple
Dove Award nominations, #1 singles for the Fervent label, and like Rebecca, a strong voice as role models
for their audience. Barlow sisters Becca, Alyssa, and Lauren have again connected powerfully with their
audience by way of their latest album release Another Journal Entry, which showcases their affinity to
rock for God. The tour will also introduce audiences to BEC recording artist Jadon Lavik
whose recent Top 5 single "What If" and current single "Changing Happy" have given him wide exposure with
Christian radio. His sophomore album, "Life On The Inside" is scheduled to be released on March 7th.
According to St. James the 'heart' of the event will also give concert goers the most personal and
transparent moments of sharing she's ever done on tour. "Themes from trust and transformation, to the
renewed passion I have for the work of Compassion International are major issues I'll address from the
stage," she notes. Her personal insight and experiences as well as visuals from her current mission to
Rwanda are also expected to be highlights, as will a time of worship where Rebecca will be joined
onstage by BarlowGirl. The group makes a guest appearance on the If I Had One Chance To Tell You
Something CD--lending their talents to a stunningly moving track titled
Forgive Me--which they will perform with Rebecca live on the tour. Noted Jeff Roberts, President of Jeff Roberts & Associates, whose agency exclusively represents St. James for concert bookings: "There's been a tremendous amount of excitement about this tour--both the opportunity of having Rebecca back in a major concert series--and the announcement of BarlowGirl coming on tour with her. It's a dynamic billing and we're already seeing the February-March concerts hitting early sell-outs.
Due to the demand, we're adding additional dates."

Internationally acclaimed praise and worship artist Martha Munizzi
will release her highly anticipated follow up to her Award Winning CD The Best Is Yet To Come
and her first CD release since she signed on with Integrity Music for a long-term marketing and
distribution deal. No Limits, a 2-disc CD filled with both high energy praise and intimate
worship, is set to release on March 14, on Integrity Music to Christian retail and to general market
outlets on the Epic-Columbia Records label through Sony-BMG Distribution.
"Rarely do artists connect with such a broad cross-section of culture in the way Martha Munizzi has
already done and predicts to do in an even bigger way with her new release. When she sings that there
are 'no limits' Martha may very well be describing the next season in her own life after this new record
releases," said Don Moen, president of Integrity Label Group. "Integrity Music is very excited about
Martha's new project; it is an important priority for the company in 2006."
An eclectic collection of songs that offers new sounds and new styles, No Limits was produced by Noel
Hall (former musical director for Fred Hammond). The majority of the album's 22 tracks were written or
co-written by Munizzi, who admits there were moments of pre-production butterflies and pressure to meet
the high expectations set by her indie success. "I had some moments of feeling, 'You did this once,
but can you do it again?', but when we got around to the writing and recording, I just did what was in
my heart," said Munizzi. "I had no idea what a hit song was when we did the first album, and couldn't
tell you today. I just waited until I felt the Lord put something in my spirit. That's the only way I
know how to do this." No Limits was recorded live at Bethany World Prayer Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, just a
few weeks before Hurricane Katrina made its life-changing impact on the Gulf Coast. The same sanctuary
Munizzi and her musicians and singers filled with praise music to create No Limits was later filled with
hundreds of evacuees and served as a key relief center, visited by President George Bush and Academy
Award winner Jamie Foxx and other celebrities and was featured on every major broadcast network.
In addition to her live performances and CDs, Munizzi is known for her incomparable songwriting. Her songs such as "Shout," "Say The Name," and "Because Of Who You Are" have become praise and worship anthems in churches across America and around the world and Karen Clark Sheard, Vicki Yohe, Ron Kenoly and Alvin Slaughter are just a few of the artists who have recorded her songs.

Award-winning singer/songwriter Russ Lee celebrates 25
years of music and ministry with the 2006 launch of the “I Will Go” Tour, stopping in six continents and
in all 50 states. The international leg of the “I Will Go” Tour is slated to begin in Indonesia in
February, and Lee will travel to Singapore in March. He is also scheduled to visit Africa, Europe, South
America, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and the Dominican Republic, among other locations,
this year. In partnership with World Vision, HCJB World Radio, International Bible Society, New Day
Christian Distributors, Go Global Entertainment and Soul2Soul Radio, the Tour is part of a broader
missions initiative Lee is implementing to help educate and challenge the local church to reach the world
for Christ. "After 25 years of serving the Lord, I am excited and honored to celebrate this milestone
with a global missions initiative of this magnitude," says Lee. “I want to join with churches and other
ministries to mobilize the followers of Christ into action. 'I Will Go' is what we ultimately hope to
see each and every believer stand and say, whether it be ‘across the street or around the world.’”
As one of the first recording artists to partner with HCJB World Radio, Lee will perform at station-
sponsored concerts in addition to making on-air appearances at various HCJB affiliates. He will also
help educate stateside audiences about the work of HCJB World Radio.
“Stations in Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Hawaii are already excited about hosting Russ Lee this
year,” said David Kealy, Asia Pacific Region, HCJB World Radio. “When Russ does live interviews and
sings at concerts promoted by the stations, he will be a great encouragement to the stations and to the
audience they serve.” Continuing his longstanding relationship with World Vision, Lee will promote
child sponsorships at his concerts throughout the United States and will visit various communities
around the world directly impacted by the organization’s work.

*Wednesday, January 18th, 2006* - Afternoon UPDATE
It's official! Word was released today from Audio Adrenaline's publicist that 2006 is definitely
the band's last year...
One of the industries top bands, Audio Adrenaline announces that it will add a final chapter to its
substantial career with Adios, slated to release later this year. After 15-years of music
and mission, Audio Adrenaline is choosing to say “adios,” offering one more nod to its considerable fan
base with the album and select live events.
After years of giving his all on stage and in the studio, Audio Adrenaline frontman Mark Stuart is
experiencing ongoing vocal challenges. After consulting with doctors, it is clear the toll his voice has
taken will prevent his ability to continue a consistent live performance schedule.
“Fifteen years of rock 'n' roll takes a toll on the vocal chords, but I wouldn’t trade a day of it for
anything,” says Stuart. “Touring and making records with Will, Ben and Tyler has truly been a gift from
God, as well as worshiping night after night with the greatest fans on the planet.”
“As one of the most successful and longest running bands in Christian music, Audio Adrenaline has made
tremendous impact in the lives of their loyal listeners,” says Peter York, EMI CMG Label Group president.
“They have also been a strong influence and positive role model for many of today’s emerging bands.
It has been EMI CMG’s privilege to partner with Audio Adrenaline and to support their music and ministry
throughout their entire career.”
With plans for Adios in its initial stages, fans can anticipate a commemorative look at the
expansive career of Audio Adrenaline through the band’s greatest hits along with two newly recorded
songs. A special edition Adios package is slated to include a DVD containing all Audio Adrenaline
videos, live performance footage and new band interviews. This package will also feature interviews
from artists impacted by Audio Adrenaline, including tobyMac and Steven Curtis Chapman, as well as
members of MercyMe, Pillar, Relient K and Newsboys, each talking about their shared tour experiences and
favorite memories of Audio Adrenaline.
“The plans emerging for Adios promise to deliver a fun and poignant experience in which Audio Adrenaline
fans can participate,” says York. “The legacy of Audio Adrenaline is one that will continue to make
impact for many years to come.”
Audio Adrenaline recently completed its successful fall Until My Heart Caves In tour in support of its
critically acclaimed, 2006 GRAMMY nominated and ninth studio album of the same name. As one of today’s
top touring attractions, known for members’ explosiveness and energetic outpourings, coupled with state
of the art production, the band is currently preparing its final touring schedule that will give fans
the opportunity to see one of today’s most successful rock bands one last time. In addition to select
dates throughout the year, the tour will route them through the major summer festivals in 2006.
“Audio Adrenaline has been a favorite over the years and remains one of our top concert draws,” says Tim
Landis, Creation Festival producer. “On the cutting edge musically, the band found their audience early
and became a consistent headliner for Creation Festival. We are excited about having them one last time
this summer, as it’s sure to be a memorable experience in this band’s remarkable history. AudioA is
truly one of the great bands of our day.”
Since 1991, Audio Adrenaline has taken a full throttled blast of musical passion, melded it with a
compassionate desire to impact the world at large and added members’ rock-solid grounding in reality
with their vulnerable, no holds barred songwriting. Thanks to earnest performances and undying
appreciation for its fans, the group has sold over three million records and racked up 18 No. 1 singles.
The band’s Bloom recording was certified Gold by the RIAA in 1999 and they were awarded the prestigious
“Song of the Decade” crowning in the 90s for “Big House” by CCM Magazine. With a prestigious GRAMMY
Award for it’s 2004 recording, Worldwide, and four Dove Awards, Audio Adrenaline has consistently proved
its relevance, artistry and heart.
The band is also well known for its humanitarian aid and will remain heavily involved with Flicker
Records and raising funds to continue its Hands and Feet Project, a non-profit organization they formed
dedicated to the health, welfare and education of orphaned children of Haiti. The organization provides
the nurturing of a loving home, a viable Christian witness, and attention to the medical needs and proper
education of each orphaned child taken in by the orphanage.
More information on the band, including its latest tour itinerary, can be found at www.AudioA.com.
For a recent Jesusfreakhideout.com interview with the band, click here.
All of JfH will deeply miss the band's ministry as their work has inspired a lot of what JfH has done in
the past 10 years. We wish all of the AudioA guys the absolute best!

Well the rumors look to be true. Since the Newsboys announced last week that guitarist Bryan Olesen
would be leaving to spend more time with his family and on his own band Casting Pearls, rumors of his
replacement have circled the web. Paul Colman's name was among the mentioned and was confirmed last evening
by Australia's Woodlands Media. Colman has joined the band and will begin touring with them for its
forthcoming Australian tour. Colman is best known for his work with Paul Colman Trio and his own
solo project Let It Go which released on InPop Records last year.

CMC Distribution, the largest Christian music distributor outside of the United States, spearheaded a
campaign that raised $10,000 for Jars of Clay’s Blood:Water

Sparrow records recently announced that along with Atlantic/Lava, it will simultaneously release the
debut project from the band poised to be the next big thing out of South Carolina,
needtobreathe, to the CBA market. Daylight,
recorded in the UK and produced by Andy Green, (Keane’s multi-platinum Hopes and Fears)
will hit the streets nationwide on April 4, 2006. "I was drawn to needtobreathe and their music the
first time I saw a video clip of the band on the internet,” recalls EMI Brad O’Donnell, Vice President,
A&R, EMI CMG Label Group. “They write songs with big hooks, they have a compelling, hi-energy live show
and they are committed to making great records. They have the talent and ambition to have an incredible
career." Bridging the gap between college and mainstream rock, Daylight is loaded with
hook-filled songs reminiscent of 2005 sensations The Killers and Maroon5. Given the selection of songs,
both Atlantic/Lava and Sparrow promotion teams are planning to hit radio strong this February and March.
Along with a music video, “You Are Here” will be serviced to mainstream Alternative radio on 2/17 and
Pop/Hot Ac on 3/21, and serviced to AC and CHR Christian radio formats on 2/24.
Lead by Bear Rinehart (lead vocal, guitar), a former Furman University football standout at wide
receiver, who holds several "all-time" school records including career catches, season catches, and
career punt return average, he was also given the Banks McFadden trophy in 2002, which is awarded to
South Carolina's best collegiate football player by the Greenville Touchdown Club. Bear's brother Bryant
"Bo" Rinehart (backing vocals, guitar) co-writes with his brother and was featured in the hit movie
Radio with Cuba Gooding Jr. and Ed Harris. Bear and Bryant Rinehart are named after the
legendary football coach at Alabama, Paul Bear Bryant. Both Rinehart’s gave up potential careers in
football and acting respectively, to pursue their dream of and passion for music.
The line-up also includes hard-hitting Joe Stillwell (drums/percussion, backing vocals) who is, along
with Bear, one of the founding members of needtobreathe; and Seth Bolt (bass, backing vocals) who
recently earned his degree in recording engineering and founded Plantation Studios, where the band
produced and recorded all of their independent releases.

Switchfoot recently edited a live video montage together from their Fall tour for the band's new
single, "We Are One Tonight." "This isn't a video for the masses, MTV, or anyone else," stated
the band in a newsletter last week. "This is simply a video to thank everyone who came to the shows this
Fall for an amazing tour. I'm sure a lot of you will even see yourselves somewhere amidst the chaos.
You can watch the video here:
http://music.yahoo.com/ar-271144---Switchfoot. And speaking of new videos, we'll begin filming our
new 'official' video for 'We Are One Tonight' towards the end of this month, and we're really excited

ladder, a poodle, and the color blue." In the meantime, you can catch the guys performing live on

Could it be? A final release date for Mars Ill's long-awaited Pro*Pain?
The album was original slated for a late 2004 release but due to copyright entanglements
from samples the band used that they ultimately didn't have clearance for, the album never
released. The band is excited and from what we've heard of these songs, it will be the band's best
work to date. Expect the album to finally grace shelves on May 2nd!

BEC Recordings artist Jadon Lavik is poised to release his
sophomore album, titled Life On The Inside, this coming March 7th.
Life On The Inside is a much-anticipated follow up to his debut Moving On Faith, which released
June 15th, 2004. With 12 songs all written by Lavik, Life On The Inside hails the production
team of Adam Watts and Andy Dodd (Jeremy Camp, Zoegirl, The OC Supertones), as well as Steve Hindalong
(Jeremy Camp, Caedmon’s Call) and Marc Byrd (Jeremy Camp, Day Of Fire). The album will also include
radio hit single “What If” from his debut release.
"Life on the Inside is my take on Christian struggles and the Christian walk," says Lavik.
"These songs are about aligning my day-to-day life the way it should be and relaying that message to
listeners. To me it would be a success if there was an authentic connection between myself and the
listeners with regards to personal struggles on living a Godly life and the mind shift that's required
living in this world. This album is my attempt at an honest look at what is going on inside us, not
just on the outside." Best known for his #1 hit radio song “What If”, Lavik’s newest single “Changing Happy” goes for adds at
both the AC and CHR formats on January 20th. On the tour front, Lavik will join Rebecca St. James
and Barlow Girl on a 40-plus city tour on February 2nd through April 1st.

Last year proved to be a breakthrough experience for artist-worshiper, sixstepsrecords/Sparrow
Records’ Chris Tomlin. Capping the year with his first RIAA
Certified Gold sales award for his current, critically acclaimed studio album, Arriving, 2005 also
brought Tomlin a series of firsts at radio, retail and on tour.
Released Sept. 21, 2004, Arriving immediately became a top-seller, debuting at No. 39 on the
Billboard Top 200. The album hit is stride six months into its release when it re-entered the Billboard
Top 200 and landed at No. 1 for the first time on SoundScan's Top Christian Albums retail chart in March
2005. As momentum continued to build for Tomlin, he received his first GMA Music Award for Praise &
Worship Album of the Year in April for Arriving, which was also voted best album in the 2005
Christian Retailing Retailers Choice Awards’ Music category in July. Additionally, the album landed
among the top five “Best Inspirational Albums of 2005” at iTunes, was named a “best of ‘05” on Napster’s
home page and marks the first Gold release for sixstepsrecords.
“All of us at ‘sixsteps’ have been humbled by the favor that seems to be resting on Arriving,”
says Louie Giglio, sixstepsrecords founder and popular speaker/author. “We feel like the songs are God's
gift for this generation of worshipers, entrusted to us to build up His church. Chris has carried them
exceptionally well and God has used both album sales and radio airplay to exponentially broaden their
reach to people around the globe.”

DecembeRadio, the rock band recently signed to Slanted
Records, the rock/pop imprint of Spring Hill Music Group, has just been named one of ten "Faces to Watch,"
according to the cover story of the January 7th issue of BILLBOARD Magazine.
The "Faces to Watch" artists were picked by ten of BILLBOARD Magazine's editors based on either having
"highly anticipated debut albums ready to come out in the first quarter" or were considered to be
"under-the-radar and...expected to explode at any moment," according to the magazine.
"I can't remember the last time a new band caught our attention and enthusiasm like DecembeRadio has,"
stated Vice President of CBA Sales for Word Distribution Jim Nehs. "The guys played our sales conference
in December and rocked the house! Our team is still talking about it."
Based in Blacksburg, Va., group members Josh Reedy, Brian Bunn and Eric Miker bring a unique style of
rock 'n roll to the Christian music scene. Their classic rock vibe, accented by Southern rock elements
and a modern edge, is being described as having "hints of Lenny Kravitz and Led Zeppelin combined with
elements of The Black Crowes, Jet and Lynyrd Skynyrd."
DecembeRadio's national debut, which is being produced by veteran artist/producer Scotty Wilbanks
(Third Day, Overflow, NewSong), is scheduled to release in June. Slanted Records is currently making
plans for the band's promotional tours and for the release of the first single, which is scheduled to hit
rock and Christian hit radio stations early in the spring.

Yet another band has announced its end... "After seven years as a band with various lineups, 3 records and over a thousand shows, Further
Seems Forever agrees it is time to move on to other things in our lives. We have enjoyed touring the world
over these years, and meeting all of our incredible fans. All of the members of FSF remain the best of
friends and look forward to the future, whatever it may bring. Further Seems Forever will be playing our
final shows in early 2006. They will be with the full electric band. We will be doing spot shows in
various cities across the country and Canada. We will do our best to play as many places as possible but
several members now have full-time jobs and other full time commitments. We hope to see all our fans out
at the shows and look forward to playing for you one more time. We won’t be recording a new record but
there will be some unreleased material coming out as well as a DVD with live footage and videos.
We would like to thank all the people and bands who helped our band over the years and made it possible for us to do what we love. Without them behind the scenes we simply couldn’t have done this. Special thanks goes out to our families whose love, encouragement and understanding made it possible to be in this band.
We will be keeping our MySpace page current and you can check that page as well as this site for new info on shows, the DVD and any other FSF related news.
We wish everyone a great new year and hope to see you soon. - Jon, Derick, Josh, Chad and Steve,

Yesterday, Newsboys' official website Newsboys.com announced
that guitarst Bryan Olesen will be departing to focus on his band Casting Pearls.
“These past few years have been an amazing gift in having been able to learn from, perform, and work with
newsboys," Olesen said on Newsboys.com. "I have cherished every second and every show, but I am ultimately
excited about what is in-store for Casting Pearls” said Olesen. With Casting Pearls’ recent radio and
tour success, it has been increasingly difficult to split time between both bands and my family at home
in Lincoln. “Peter [Furler] and I have had several discussions about this and felt that this would be the
best for both bands” Olesen explained. We wish Bryan and his family the best!. We have had many great
shows around the world with him, many lifetime memories. This decision was a tough one, but between
recording and touring commitments and above all, the importance of family, it seems to be the right
decision." No replacement was named yet, but an announcement will be made on Newsboys.com.

Modern rock group Mainstay will unveil their major label
debut Well Meaning Fiction on BEC Recordings this February 21st.
Well Meaning Fiction includes 10 songs, most of which were penned by lead singer Justin Anderson
with additional songwriting by band mate Ryan DeYounge. Producer credits on the album go to Aaron
Sprinkle (Kutless, Pedro the Lion, Anberlin) and Zach Hodges.
“The theme of the record is really a wake-up call to evaluate what our faith should look like as we live
here in America,” says Anderson. “My hope is that it turns some heads and ears, but does so in a humble
manner - because the writing of this record comes from a broken heart over my own sin and shortcomings,
not arrogance or superiority.” In support of their debut, Mainstay will join Sanctus Real and The Afters on a 40-city nationwide tour in
February and then again in April- May. The band recently joined John Reuben and Falling Up on a 30-city
tour, as well as performing four dates as part of the “See Spot Rock 2006” tour featuring Pillar. On the
radio front, the first single “Take Away” is currently going for adds at the CHR Rock format.
Fronted by Justin Anderson, the Minneapolis-based trio is rounded out by Ryan DeYounge on drums and Dan
Ostebo on bass. Mainstay, originally a punk band practicing out of a garage, refined their sound
throughout five years time. The band went on to record an EP on their own, which eventually amassed a
grassroots following and record label interest. For a review of the band's EP, click here. Also, click

SRE Recordings has announced the signing of North Carolina rockers
Decyfer Down, and will release their debut project,
End Of Grey, on April 4, 2006.
About bringing Decyfer Down into the SRE fold, INO president Jeff Moseley, commented “Decyfer Down
represent the kind of bands we want to work with. They have developed quite a following with their
outstanding live show and musically are at the top of their game. Couple that with a very real approach
to sharing the Gospel message and you have a blueprint for the kind of artists we love to partner with.
We can’t wait to share what they do with the broadest possible audience.”
A band for just the past four years, Decyfer Down has already received solid airplay from mainstream
modern and active rock stations in their hometown region of North Carolina, including WARQ in Columbia,
South Carolina. Commenting on their early support of the band, the station’s Music Director Mark Lee
remarked, “From the first time I saw Decyfer Down, I knew that they were something special. They had an
incredible stage presence to accompany their brilliant live show. Previous to seeing them perform, there
was a buzz brewing on the local music scene about them and they lived up to it. This is a band that
"gets it" and will truly become great once given the chance. The have pulsing melodies with heartfelt,
deep lyrics that ANY rock fan will be quickly turned on to. WARQ has been spinning Decyfer Down's "I'll
Breathe For You" for a couple of months in our "Eleven O Clock News" feature to a wonderful response from
our listeners.” The band has also already shared the stage, in festivals and concerts such as X-fest 04'
and Shoutfest 03',and 05', with a diversity of national acts including Cold, Puddle of Mudd, Breaking
Benjamin, Strata, Theory of a dead man, Smile empty soul, Authority Zero Crossfade, Future leaders of the
world, Seven Mary Three, Adema, Skillet, Tree 63, Jars of Clay, Day of Fire, Spoken, Tait, Disciple,
Seventh Day Slumber, Jeremy Camp, etc.
“Decyfer Down is a band is a great band with a bunch of great guys. They were one of the hits of Shoutfest in ‘05 and promise to be one of the big bands of tomorrow,” commented booking agent Jeff Roberts.
Drummer Josh Oliver and guitarist Brandon Mills started the band at a time when each simply needed to renew his life in God. For Oliver, it was a case of being burned out on religion, while for Mills, it was a time to surrender a life of parties and drugs and return to his faith. “We were just trying to crawl our way back into a deeper understanding of God – for him to heal the wounds we had in our own personal lives,” says Oliver. “The music began to change and evolve as our walk with God did.”
As the word ‘decipher’ means “to interpret,” the moniker Decyfer Down fit perfectly, as the band aimed to interpret truth based on God’s Word while stripping it down from religious traditions and terms. States Josh, “We’re simply out to give a positive message of hope that has truth streaming all the way down the middle of it.”
Its focus made clearer, Decyfer Down resolved to be black and white about truth and captured the
confusing parts of time past in an album of songs appropriately titled End of Grey. Produced by Jim
Cooper and Tony Palacios, the project is an explosive album that features melodic hard rock, anthem-sized
songs featuring ringing guitars that melt and morph into vicious riffs, with songs filled with searching
and waiting, honesty and hope.
“The album represents the places we’ve been and struggles we’ve gone through, and interprets that,”
says Caleb, the band’s primary lyricist. “All the songs go back to a theme of being real and honest,
and not being ashamed of talking about the truth.”

Word recording artist Building 429 barrels toward the
launch of its second full-length music project, Rise, March 14. The Gospel Music Association’s
reigning New Artist of the Year emerged from its 2004 introduction,
Space In Between Us, with increased confidence and a renewed identity. Building 429’s desire to
put ministry first is reflected on its upcoming 11-song disc, which challenges today’s youth to rise up
and pursue God’s calling. “This record is something very fresh and very new for us,” comments Building
429 frontman Jason Roy. “I truly believe the songs on Rise have huge ministry potential, and we
want to use this album to influence as many lives as possible for Christ.”
Produced by Monroe Jones (Jackson Browne, David Crosby, Third Day) the record shows growth on behalf of
Building 429 both musically and spiritually. In addition to its evolved sound, which incorporates the
same straightforward pop/rock melodies but with an edgier delivery, Rise carries a more serious
tone. Songs like the first radio single, “Fearless,” advise listeners that living life for Christ
requires bold faith. Title track, “Rise,” is similarly themed, asking believers to trade in their earthly
perspective for an eternal one. “Rise is not about a rise to fame but rather it is meant to
rally others to rise from the ashes of despair and heartache into God’s love,” continues Roy. “We must
become the leaders that God has called His church to be today; therefore we’ve put our hearts on display
for all to see. God has called Building 429 to be fearless in our pursuit of His plan, and we are ready
to answer the call.” “Fearless” will be vying for adds at Adult Contemporary, Rock, and Christian Hit
Radio beginning January 13, while a major tour announcement will be made in the following weeks. For

“We welcome Indelible Creative Group and Centricity Records to the Word Distribution family of labels,”
says Word Distribution President, Mark Funderberg. “Chris Thomason’s [Indelible President/Founder]

helping build God’s kingdom by creating remarkable experiences through media products that are culturally

the world, on June 6. “Indelible Creative Group is very excited about our new relationship with Word and
Warner Music Group,” says Chris Thomason. “I have had the opportunity to work with Mark Funderburg and
the Word Distribution team in the past and know that they have the character, ability, and expertise to
engage the retail market with media products. Mark has been an incredible supporter of the vision and
mission of Indelible and we are committed to developing and delivering products that build God’s kingdom

According to a JfH reader who attended the Anchorage date of their tour of Alaska over the weekend, 2006 may

not officially confirmed (but the AudioA.com message board

GRAMMY and Dove Award-winning artist Michael W. Smith has
been nominated by the White House to serve a two-year term as a member of the President’s Council on
Service and Civic Participation. Smith joins a dynamic group of leaders who represent the private and
non-profit sectors, entertainment, athletics, education and government. While the backgrounds of each
member are diverse, they each share a deep commitment to strengthening the culture of volunteer service
in America. President George W. Bush established the Council on Service and Civic Participation in
January of 2003, on the first anniversary of the USA Freedom Corps, and he charged the Council members
with promoting and recognizing the contributions that Americans of all ages and backgrounds are making
through volunteer service. In brief, The Council’s main efforts are to promote volunteer service and
civic participation in American society. They also endorse the recognition of outstanding volunteer
service through the presentation of the President's Volunteer Service Award by Council members and
Certifying Organizations. They work to support the efforts and needs of local non-profits and volunteer
organizations, including volunteer centers, and encourage greater public access to information about
existing volunteer opportunities, including via the Internet. The Council also promotes increased and
sustained private sector sponsorship of and engagement in volunteer service and make recommendations on
ways to encourage greater levels of volunteer service and civic participation by individuals, schools,
and organizations. More information on the Council can be found at www.whitehouse.gov.
This prestigious nomination comes on the eve of Smith’s motion picture debut in the Provident Films
release, The Second Chance. Starring in his first feature film, Smith plays a pastor sent from a
wealthy church to serve an inner-city congregation. Directed and co-written by Christian music industry
veteran Steve Taylor, The Second Chance will be distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing under the
Triumph Films banner on February 17, 2006.

EMI CMG Publishing has extended its long-term, co-publishing
agreement with Kingsway Communications Ltd., the top producer and distributor of worship
songs and recordings in the United Kingdom and Europe, according to Eddie DeGarmo,
president of EMI CMG Publishing, a division of EMI Christian Music Group (EMI CMG).
The extended agreement means a continuation of the successful partnership between EMI CMG Publishing and
Kingsway's ThankYou Music, to sign, develop and promote worship music songwriters for both publishing
houses which now includes Tim Hughes ("Here I Am To Worship"), Matt Redman ("Blessed Be Your Name"),
Vicky Beeching, Stuart Townend and Brenton Brown.
"ThankYou Music songs have had life-changing impact in the church in North America. EMI CMG has been
honored to partner with Kingsway and Thank You Music in this important endeavor and understand the
privilege that it will be to carry our alliance into the future," said Bill Hearn, president and CEO of
EMI CMG. DeGarmo added, "I am grateful for opportunity that EMI CMG Publishing has had to introduce so
many anointed worship songwriters and their songs. In addition to the already stellar roster of writers
between our two publishing companies and our successful co-ownership of the Thank You Music catalog, the
horizon sparkles with promising new songwriters whose music will be influencing the world in the future
as well as classic catalog worship songs that will never go out of style."
In addition to the co-publishing relationship, EMI CMG Publishing, by the way of a 2001 acquisition,
continues to administer 50 percent of ThankYou Music's catalog, which currently includes more than 4,000
songs. "The opportunity to bring such powerful resources to today's church that enhance our worship,
strengthen believers, and encourage discipleship is simply humbling and breathtaking," said John Paculabo,
managing director of Kingsway Communication. "This partnership has been none other than God inspired,
and we are privileged and grateful to have been allowed to join together in such an awesome endeavor."
According to the most recent survey by Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI), Hughes'
"Here I Am To Worship" is the most performed song in churches in the United States. That song is also
the #1 song in Canada, Australia and New Zealand in 2005. Additionally, Redman's "Blessed Be Your Name,"
"Heart of Worship" and "Better is One Day" were also in the U.S. CCLI Top 25 for the quarterly period
ending in August 2005. Brenton Brown, who has just joined the Thank You Music roster, has two of his
songs in the Top 25 - "Lord Reign Me In" and "Hallelujah" (co-written with Brian Doerksen) at 22 and 23
respectively.
In the United Kingdom, Kingsway's home country, five of the top 12 songs were by ThankYou Music writers,
including "In Christ Alone" (Stuart Townend/Keith Getty) at #3; "How Deep Is The Father's Love For Us
(Stuart Townend) at #6; and Hughes' "Here I Am To Worship" at #9.

Curb recording artist Natalie Grant capped a milestone year
by becoming the top-selling female solo artist in Christian music for 2005. Fueled by the success of the
critically-acclaimed watershed release Awaken in March, and her first Christmas album, Believe,
in October, Grant solidified her position as one of Christian music’s top artists, while simultaneously
achieving a formidable foothold at mainstream Adult Contemporary radio.
According to Billboard, Grant’s “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” her fourth mainstream Adult Contemporary
radio hit and first Top 10, appeared at #9 on the publication’s debut chart of 2006. In addition,
Grant’s most vulnerable single to date, “Held,” has been on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart for 20
weeks and is currently #11, according to the publication’s January 14 issue. The multi-format hit also
reached #1 at Christian AC radio in 2005. Awaken continues to stand firm on the Billboard Top
Heatseekers album chart after 41 weeks, making Grant the longest-running female solo artist on the Top
Heatseekers chart for 2005. The chart ranks best-selling albums by new and developing acts from all
genres that have never appeared in the Top 100 of the Billboard 200. One of Grant’s most significant
accomplishments of 2005 was the success of her HOME Foundation and campaign to raise awareness about
international human trafficking. One of the focal points of her ministry platform, Grant educates
audiences on the plight of children around the world who have been forced into the sex trade. The HOME
Foundation surpassed its projected goals for the year in raising money towards construction of a medical
facility at the Village at Ashagram in India. In partnership with Bombay Teen Challenge, the center will
be devoted to the healing and rehabilitation of children victimized by human trafficking.
Last year Grant’s multi-faceted ministry also included her ongoing involvement with Women of Faith
conferences, and she was a featured speaker and performer on the organization’s inaugural “The Revolve
Tour” for girls in the 7th-12th grades. Grant, who overcame a battle with bulimia as a young adult,
presented a message on self-esteem at the youth events. The topic is also one of several related
subjects covered in her first book, The Real Me: Being The Girl God Sees, which released in September
from W Publishing.

Internationally renowned rock band, newsboys, has launched
the explosive first single, “I Am Free,” from its upcoming Inpop Records debut. National radio networks
K-Love and Air 1 immediately added this special live version out of the box. The single will go for
official adds on January 20th.
The band added the up-tempo “I Am Free” to its live show last summer, and it quickly became a fan favorite.
The song is a perfect mix of newsboys’ signature live rock style wrapped in a memorable worship melody
that the crowd can sing along with.
newsboys frontman Peter Furler says, “Performing the song continues to be the highlight of our set. From
the Sea of Galilee, to Marrakech, Morocco, in front of 15,000 Muslims, in an aircraft hangar in Scotland
and here at home in America, the lyrics ring true no matter where we go.”
“‘I Am Free” is already a proven favorite with fans,” says Rob Poznanski, Inpop Records vice president,
marketing/promotion. “The song has been resonating in churches for several months already, and newsboys’
rendition is relevant and timely as any. My prediction is that this song will rank up there with ‘It Is
You’ and ‘He Reigns,’” concludes Poznanski.
newsboys, one of Christian music’s longest running, touring rock bands, has amassed total record sales
exceeding six million in its two decades together. The band has five gold albums, over 20 No. 1 radio
hits and a mantle of Dove Awards and Grammy nominations to its credit.
From the groundbreaking Festival Con Dios tour to the steady stream of headlining festival sellout shows,
newsboys continue to satisfy diehard fans and win new ones with its stage charisma and authentic delivery.
This winter, newsboys will front the popular Winter Jam tour with Newsong, tobyMac, ZOEgirl and more. The
tour kicks off January 13th in Georgia.

Passion 06 opened at the Gaylord Entertainment Center (GEC)
in downtown Nashville at full conference capacity with 18,000 in attendance and students representing all
50 states, 20 countries. Passion 06 is a four-day indoor gathering for college students from around the
nation and world and is the second such conference held in Nashville, following last year’s Passion 05.
“We told you at the end of Passion 05 to bring your friends and apparently you took us up on that challenge
because we cannot fit one more person in this building,” said Louie Giglio, Passion Conference
founder/director, at the gathering’s opening session. Registration closed last week when the conference
reached its capacity. Registration numbers surpassed the 11,000 that attended last year’s Passion 05.
“Passion is a tiny speck in what God is doing among college students in this nation and the world,”
Giglio said. “But we have been praying for months that God would change you and that generations from
now, people would be talking about what God has done in this town, in these days, in your life.”
Passion 06 is being held at the GEC and at numerous venues in downtown Nashville from January 2 – 5, and
will be led by renowned speakers Giglio, John Piper and Beth Moore, among others, as well as
artist-worshipers Charlie Hall, David Crowder Band, Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Shane and Shane, Nathan
and Christy Nockels, and more. Similar to last year’s gathering, Passion 06 will provide smaller sessions
through Community Groups, Breakout Sessions and Late Nights in various venues through the downtown area.
The more intimate sessions will allow students to unpack what they learn throughout the week in small
group environments and the Late Nights give students a chance to “hang out” after the evening session
each night.

On November 27, more than 2,000 people packed the famed Dominion Theatre in central London to be part
of the first television worship event by the internationally-acclaimed band, Delirious?.
The concert was part of The Inspiration Networks’ worldwide “New Year’s Eve Celebration 2005” special
that will air on The Inspiration Networks throughout the United States, the UK, and the entire
pan-European region. This special also includes production in Greece and in The Inspiration Network’s
studios in Charlotte, North Carolina.
“This was a major event, for the church in London, our partners at Hillsong Church London, for The
Inspiration Networks, and for the fans of Delirious?,” said Ossie Mills, Executive Vice President of The
Inspiration Networks. “Delirious? is regarded as the forerunners of the modern worship movement and one
of the industry’s best live bands. We were ecstatic about the opportunity to capture this extraordinary
night.” Mills said that crowds stretched for blocks to attend the performance by the acclaimed band.
“Unfortunately, we had to turn away more than 700 people; there was just no more room in the theatre.”
The TV special will be the first opportunity for many fans to experience music from the new studio album
from UK-based Delirious?, The Mission Bell, which
released December 26 (Sparrow Records). Playing new songs such as “Miracle Maker,” “Now Is The Time,”
“Paint The Town Red” and “Solid Rock,” the band also presents some of its best-loved worship songs,
including “God in Heaven,” “Historymaker,” “Majesty” and “Raindown.”
“The audience at home throughout the world will be able to witness a great move of God,” Mills said.
“More than 1,000 people responded to the invitation to pray for salvation. Thousands more will have the
opportunity to respond to our telecast. We may be witnessing a new evangelism opportunity to share the
love and joy of Christ to millions of people around the world. I think people are recognizing that Jesus
can give them something they’ve been looking for: new life and hope for all eternity.”

Wonder whatever happened to Word Records urban sibling trio SoulJahz?
In a late summer update on the group's official website, thesouljahz.com, the band revealed why the follow-up
to their 2002 debut The Fault is History has been continuously delayed. "When new management
takes over a record label plenty of unfortunate events can happen to an artist, one of them being DOWN
TIME," explained SoulJahz. "We have sat patiently awaiting an answer as to where the label wants to go
with us as a group. It's hard because this is our life, this is what God himself has called us to do. We
are as frustrated as any of you out there reading this, but we know that God is in control." As of this
news report, there doesn't seem to be much new news on a release for their sophomore effort. However, a brand
new single called "S.O.S." is available in two different mixes from iTunes. The single's title,
which means "Support Our Servicemembers" was written and released in support of our countries troops.
