"This was among the first songs we wrote for ‘Rise.’ It’s always amazed me how people from all corners of the earth search for the same thing their whole lives. Most of us are unwilling to admit it, but we are hopelessly lost in this world, and we spend our lives searching for someone or something that can save us from an insignificant life. It’s the marketing tool that every company uses, “Buy this and you’ll be happy.” But money can’t buy what we all search for.
