#11. Propaganda
Crimson Cord

Release Date: Spring 2014
I'll outright say it; Excellent was one of the best albums I will ever hope to hear. It shifted my paradigm more than any single album I have ever heard. It almost singlehandedly made me into a hip hop fan, even though its stylings were so much more diverse that your average hip hop album. On the heels of such a remarkable success, it almost seems silly to think any artist, even Mr. Jason Petty, aka Propaganda, can top it. But if there is a will, there is a way, and Prop certainly has the will. Crimson Chord might be my personal most anticipated album in years.
        - Mark Rice

I don't consider myself a hip hop fan, but dang, Propaganda's Excellent won me over. Poetic, intelligent, with just the right blend of urban and folk for an interesting sound. If the new record is as good, I'm officially sold.
        - Jen Rose

This Humble Beast artist is one of the best in the game. Propaganda is quite prolific and poetic and he usually always brings a challenging message. Anyone who even slightly enjoys hip-hop should be completely stoked for this release.
        - Michael Weaver
