The Fold was a pleasant surprise from Tooth & Nail in 2006 when the band debuted This Too Shall Pass. Probably one of the more spiritually-themed bands one might find on T&N today, their debut was loaded with catchy rock tunes with a healthy balance of the fun and uplifting and the slightly more deep and poetic. With a new record already in the works as this is being typed, we can't help but look forward to these young guns' sophomore project...

I still haven't put my finger on exactly what it is about The Fold that I like so much. But the fact remains that most of 2006 was spent with The Fold songs running through my head. I'm more than excited for a fresh batch of songs to walk around the house singing.
