Lumnate EP cover
01. Spirit Of Love
Album: Lumnate EP
Artist: Luminate

Oh, we need to see You / Oh, live within us // I fear the eyes of man are dim and blind / To Your love I’d lose my life to gain a look inside / Your perfect heart / I feel so overwhelmed tonight / I need Your love to break through // Spirit of Love, won’t You come / And fall on everyone / The world must know that we are Yours / Our hearts beat as one / To see Your kingdom come / So pour out all Your love Oh, reign in us // Deep within my soul there is a war / For what’s right / I need a glimpse of truth worth dying for / To win this fight / I feel so overwhelmed inside / With Your love I’ll break through

Lyrics by Samuel Hancock / Music by Luminate & Allen Salmon / © 2010 Birdwing Music (admin. by EMI CMG Publishing) (ASCAP)

Behind the Song:
“Spirit of Love” is a outcry for the Holy Spirit to manifest His presence in a broken and confused world. It’s a realization that only the Holy Spirit revealing the love and heart of God can save us from ourselves and our own destruction.” – Sam Hancock (Luminate)
