Behind the Song:
Write your story is a song about being a blank slate and letting your life be open to whatever story God wants to write. I think for so many of us it's easy to feel like we have to come up with this great plan for how we're going to use the gifts God gives us for Him, but I really feel like He just wants our willingness to be used however He sees fit. I’ve always tried to live my life with an open hand, trusting God to take me where He wants to go. Hopefully this song encourages others to hand God the pen of their lives. - Francesca Battistelli
