New Stories cover
09. You Uphold Me
Album: New Stories
Artist: London Gatch

When I have nothing left I turn to You
You are my champion, You see me through
And if the whole world turned its back on me
You'd stay right by my side, You'd never leave

You uphold me when I fall apart
Wrapped in heaven's perfect love
I can trust You, Keeper of my heart
Faithful God, You are faithful God

You are the sovereign King, You care for me
You are my hiding place, my one retreat
In every season Jesus You prevail
You give me confidence, You never fail

You uphold me when I fall apart
Wrapped in heaven's perfect love
I can trust You, Keeper of my heart
Faithful God, You are faithful God
You are for me, leading every fight
Jesus You're my battle cry
Oh I trust You, Keeper of my heart
Faithful God, You are faithful God

Faithful God, You are faithful God

You never turn Your back on me I know
You never take Your eyes off me I'm sure
And every day You prove to me this love
You never turn Your back
You never turn Your back
You never turn Your back on me I know
You never take Your eyes off me I'm sure
And every day You prove to me this love
You never turn Your back
You never turn Your back

You uphold me when I fall apart
Wrapped in heaven's perfect love
I can trust You, Keeper of my heart
Faithful God, You are faithful God
You are for me, leading every fight
Jesus You're my battle cry
Oh I trust You, Keeper of my heart
Faithful God, You are faithful God

Faithful God, You are faithful God
