Poetic cover
01. Friend
Album: Poetic
Artist: Tinman Jones

Come on out of your shell
Take a hand and shake it well
Us plus you makes we
Won't you join our company
Cause I want to take you in

We'll be there to stand on
Hold you up so you can see
A runway you can land on
Bring you in and set you free
Cause you and me
We were meant to be friends

What does it mean to be a friend
I give my life to you and then
All of the love I have to send
That's what it means to be a friend

When you're not around I miss your company
A smile from you can reach deep inside of me
We got a bond that will last for all time
You and me working our way through the hard times

Standing out in the rain
Never be alone again
Even in the sun
It's one for all and all for one
And all for the love of Him

Walking down this road
There's no need to be afraid
We will share your load
I'll never leave when I should've stayed
Through all might as well be friends
