Due to the overwhelming success of the Jonas Brothers' self-titled sophmore album, it would be a no-brainer for Hollywood Records to release a Special Edition version. Still, I wasn't expecting it, but yet here it is, named after the Jonas Brothers' little brother's nickname, The Bonus Jonas Edition.

The audio disc portion begins with the same 14 tracks as the sophmore album. The two bonus songs included are "We Got the Party with Us," which was featured on Hannah Montana and guest-stars the Disney pop princess herself. The other bonus song, "Take a Breath," would probably be my favorite out of the Jonas Brother's songs. The lyrics tell the listener that the world may get insane but sometimes you just need to stop for a moment and breathe, "Worlds are spinning round/There's no time for slowing down/So won't you take a breath/Just take a breath."

The CD also includes the same CDVU+ features as the original, but with some new photos. However, it's quite a disappointment, because most of these new photos are already available to the public on the Jonas Brothers' Flickr page.

The DVD includes a variety of the Jonas Brothers music videos ("S.O.S," "Hold On," and "Year 3000"). It also includes the Jonas Brothers performance of "Kids of the Future" on the Disney Channel. Also included is their full-length sold-out concert from start to finish.

Overall, this is a decent special edition, but if you already own the album, I would suggest you borrow this from a friend. It's not worth buying all over again just for the special features.
