Pivitplex plays a mix of pop/rock/punk/emo in what makes for an overall interesting sound. It's melodic, never edgy, and calming to listen to. Sounds good so far, but the whole CD seems to fall into repetition.
Each song has its own beat and catchy lyrics (And let me assure you, you will sing along upon repeated listens). And, at first listen, the sound will be quite different and enjoyable to listen to, but after ten tracks of this same sound over and over, it feels rather stretched.
Don't get me wrong, this is a great disc to listen to. Just don't expect to be blown away. But if you're looking for something a bit laid back, Pivitplex's Under Museum Quality Glass might just be for you.
