#10. Sixpence None The Richer
untitled EP

Release Date: Sometime '08?
So this is a last minute addition, but can you blame us? With the recent exciting news that Sixpence None The Richer is not only returning but already promising an EP and TOUR in 2008, well, I'm totally jazzed! Even vocalist Leigh Nash admits the combo of her and Matt Slocum were an unbeatable duo as they haven't been able to find the same magic on their own apart from each other. So here's to the thrill of new music from Matt and Leigh...
        - John DiBiase

Who saw this coming?! We were trying to figure out where this VERY late addition to our list was going to rank, and I told John "The higher, the better." That makes two old favorites making a welcomed comeback on this list. All of us here at JfH will be waiting for this one with bated breath...
        - Josh Taylor

This band has provided so many perfect songs that recall great memories. Divine Discontent was such a powerful album that never seemed to wear out its welcome. Leigh Nash has filled the void somewhat with a couple solo projects, but it's great to see this band unite and this fact only makes 2008 a more exciting year for music. We haven't seen an event like this since PFR returned back in 2001...
        - Wayne Myatt
