#5. As Cities Burn
Hell Or High Water

Release Date: April 21
As Cities Burn always serves up incredible musicianship mixed with heartfelt, worshipful and convicting lyrics. They proved they could hold up with the loss of their original frontman, and it's so exciting to see that they also have the longevity needed to keep going...
        - Scott Fryberger

Honestly, no one really knows what to expect from what will likely be As Cities Burn's final record. My sources have indicated that we are going to continue onward in the direction that Come Now Sleep took us, but then what to make of the epic "Gates" recently posted on MySpace? Will it be on their next release or was it just a throwback to an incredible live show? Regardless, look for this one to be one of the better releases of 2009...
