JFH 25: Top 25 Albums From 1996 to 2020

Audio Adrenaline
Underdog

Release Date: September 14, 1999

Audio Adrenaline's music has been a really big part of my life since becoming a Christian at a young age, and their music and message impacted my walk greatly. However, somewhere around the Some Kind of ZOMBIE era, while I still liked the band, my allegiance began drifting to other musical newcomers (including the O.C. Supertones). But their 1999 album Underdog struck a chord with this young college kid who always felt like the odd one out. The infectious mix of pop and guitar-driven rock, along with encouraging lyrics, won me back over to being a fervent AudioA fan. And this album remains a highlight of their career in the fifteen years since they officially said "Adios."
