For most of 2021, a couple names (mentioned below in the Honorable Mentions) vied for the top spot, but it became pretty clear after watching Spider-Man: No Way Home again, that this movie takes the cake. I can't say all of the reasons why this movie is my top pick without spoiling things for some people, but I will say it's wickedly clever, often times brilliant, well-acted, funny, very emotional, and a total blast.

Honorable Mentions: No Time To Die was my pick for 2021 until No Way Home blew my mind. Other standouts for me include Ghostbusters: Afterlife, with other highlights being A Quiet Place: Part II, Black Widow and Free Guy.
