The Revival Project cover
09. Revival feat. Geoffrey Golden
Album: The Revival Project
Artist: Jelani Aswad

Oh God so awesome
You shine so bright
And in your presence when I stand
I see the frailty that I am
Oh God I need you
I think I finally see it now
You want revival you want revival

I've been so greedy I've been impure
I've wanted things I didn't need
I've looked at what I shouldn't see
I have replaced you
Making you rival with my idols
I need revival I need revival

Out of the darkness into the light
A child of light is what I am
Yet so much darkness I let stand
Truth is the true fruit can't grow
If fruitless deeds is what we sow
We need revival
Revival in our soul

Revival Revival Revival
Stir in our hearts
Revival Revival Revival
Stir in our hearts
Revival Revival Revival
Stir in our hearts
Revival Revival Revival
Stir in our hearts

No we're not perfect
But oh God you are
We've seemed to taint our gift of life
But your redeeming who we are
It's more than settled now
And there is victory and purpose for the
Weary soul Rest in revival
Jesus please make whole
We need revival
We need revival

Let your Kingdom come
Send me i'll go Send me i'll go
If you release revival
