When I am surrounded and my life is crowded
With everything but You
You speak to me in silence when my heart is quiet
You lead me to Your Truth

You take my weakness and my sin
There’s nothing I’ve done that you won’t forgive

And let no rebel rise against our God
Who is the one who gives us life
For He has won this battle
So we can win this fight
So let no rebel rise

From the day You made us, You have kept Your promise
Your love for us is true
You knew that we would falter and that Your Son would conquer
Death and make us new

You take my weakness and my sin
There’s nothing I’ve done that you won’t forgive

And let no rebel rise against our God
Who is the one who gives us life
For He has won this battle so we can win this fight
So let no rebel rise

And Your love guides me through my darkest night
Your mercy I can’t refuse
So I will sing your praise through all my days
And learn to walk in Your light

And let no rebel rise against our God
Who is the one who gives us life
For He has won this battle so we can win this fight
So let no rebel rise

So He has won this battle
So we can win this fight
So let no rebel rise
