Tall and strong, yet humble and meek
All the world listens when he starts to speak
As grandfather raises his hands to the sea
His character says everything about his words we believe

We won’t put our faith in fear
We’ll not let our hearts lie idle here
We’ll sing to our enemies loud and clear
We won’t put our faith in fear

Can we strive to give our hearts, our time, our lives and our minds
Be the hands and feet of hope and not bring the plights
Of worries, wants, desires of every conceivable kind
This must be heard from the salt and light

We won’t put our faith in fear
We’ll not let our hearts lie idle here
We’ll sing to our enemies loud and clear
We won’t put our faith in fear
