How Great It Is to Be Broken cover
10. How Great It Is to Be Broken
Album: How Great It Is to Be Broken
Artist: All Above North

PART A
VERSE 1
God’s creation when He made us
Was perfection is purpose and design
But we turned our hearts against Him
Now our lives left in a spiral of decline
CHORUS
How great it is to be broken
Set free from sin
How great it is be broken
Reborn again
VERSE 2
Now our hearts like bones were fractured
Left to heal without a splint or a cast
Now the wounds of life without God
Take healing of a supernatural kind
VERSE 3
A crooked bone that needs a reset
Must be broken to be straightened out again
In the same way God’s hand breaks us
So that our sin can be gently carved away
PART B
Oh praise the Lord Almighty God!
Rebuilt again
I am free
Praise Him
