Truth cover
01. Distracted
Album: Truth
Artist: Michael Sweet

(Verse 1)

What I want I do not do, and what I don't I think I will
The farther away, the more you feel
I scratch the itch of older needs as the razor slickens as I bleed
The farther away, the less you feel

CHORUS

Distracted from distractions by You
Sometimes whispers, sometimes rain
And it's pulling me back beside You
Distracted from distractions by You
Sometimes presents, sometimes pain
Your name is like the sky, the mountains cannot hide

(Verse 2)

It's easy when your voice is mine, to leave the thieves and rust behind
The farther away, the less you feel
Handing me such precious things, that kings would only dream to bring
The farther away, the more you feel

CHORUS

Distracted from distractions by You
Sometimes whispers, sometimes rain
And it's pulling me back beside You
Distracted from distractions by You
Sometimes presents, sometimes pain
Your name is like the sky the mountains cannot hide

SOLO

REPEAT CHORUS
