"I was inspired to write this song while backpacking with a bunch of friends down in Red River Gorge (in the Appalachian Mountains). One night we were reading out of Job 38 about how Job's life was being destroyed all around him. Job wasn't angry with God, but he questioned God why it was all happening, and God, in turn, asked Job why he would ever question Him.
