“I wrote that with Mike and our producer Jason [Ingram] and that one was funny because it started out as an upbeat worship song and then all of a sudden it took this twist and turned into this love ballad of Christ and the church, which is closest to our song ‘Beloved’ from our first record. ‘On and On’ is a really deep relationship story of Christ and the church.
