Hey, lonely / Hey, sad eyes / Hey, you who needs some sunshine / All you gotta do is open up the blinds // Hey, worry / Hey, heartache /Help is not that far away / Just open up your eyes // He’ll be there, He’ll be there every time // CHORUS: When you’re all out of heart and out of hope / And you don’t really know which way to go / Come on, come on, run to Jesus / If you’re lost and you don’t know where to start / It don’t really matter where you are / Come on, come
on, come on, yeah, run to Jesus, run to Jesus // Do you know that your story / Starts and ends with mercy / And it’s waiting in His arms / ‘Cause He knows what you’re feeling / So don’t you stop believing / He’s got you right where you belong // CHORUS // When you’ve reached the end of every road / And you’re a million miles from home / That’s when you run, run to Jesus / When the clouds have covered up the sun / And your strength is all but gone / That’s when you run, that’s when you run, that’s when you run // CHORUS // When you’ve reached the end of every road / Just run to Jesus

Behind the Song:Actually this might have been perhaps the very first song written for the album. It was one of those songs that was started and then brought to me. They asked if I’d like to write on it and finish it to make it mine. The song was simple, but I loved it. We all need to be reminded that when everything seems dark or we’re feeling disappointed, Jesus is always always always there, like a North Star. - Francesca Battistelli
