The Wait cover
02. By My Side
Album: The Wait
Artist: David Leonard

Ever faithful, ever near
Christ before me, You're always here
Never failing through the night
In the shadows, You're by my side

You're by my side
You're by my side
You're by my side
You're by my side

Ever faithful, ever near
Christ before me, You're always here
Never failing through the night
In the shadows, You're by my side, hey!

You're by my side
You're by my side
You're by my side
You're by my side

Even when the night seems to hide Your face
Even when the fight tries to steal my strength
Even when trouble seems to call my name
I will be fine, I will be fine

You're by my side
You're by my side
You're by my side
You're by my side

It's time for letting go, I'm not in control
Jesus, You are, Jesus, You are (You are)
It's time for letting go, I'm not in control
Jesus, You are, Jesus, You are
It's time for letting go, I'm not in control
Jesus, You are, Jesus, You are (You are!)
It's time for letting go, I'm not in control
Jesus, You are, Jesus, You are
