'We live in fear of constant terrorist attacks and wonder what the world is coming to. I've had that line from the kid's song, 'He's got the whole world in His hands' in my head for a long time. I thought that was such a powerful statement and I really wanted to find a song that could tap into that promise. Psalm 23 declares, 'I will fear no evil, for You are with me.'
