HOUSTON, TX – Fearless Now, the highly-anticipated solo debut from worship leader Sheri Carr, is set to release May 6 on Varietal Records, a part of Vineyard Music Group. The project is produced by Nathan Nockels (Chris Tomlin, Passion, Matt Redman), and features a set of twelve new songs as well as enhanced features such as chord charts for each song.

Fearless Now is a snapshot of my journey, and I’ve been humbled and blessed by the incredibly talented musicians that have contributed to this CD," said Carr. “These songs are the ups and downs of my walk with the Lord, and I trust Him to do whatever He wants with them. I’m excited to see what God has in store for this project.”

"We're very excited about the release of Fearless Now,” said Casey Corum, Vice President and Chief Creative Officer for Vineyard Music and Varietal Records. “Sheri Carr has been a significant and dynamic voice within Vineyard churches in recent years, and we're thrilled to be introducing this unique talent to a wider audience."

The release of Fearless Now follows Sheri’s participation on several Vineyard recordings including Dwell, More Than Ever and 2007’s critically acclaimed Stand In Awe. The first radio single from the project, “Into Your Arms,” is already impacting radio and garnering awareness for the project. In addition to radio exposure, the project will enjoy a full slate of advertising and marketing initiatives impacting consumers and retail outlets throughout the spring. Carr recently participated in the Cre:ate Worship Leader Conference and is set for a full schedule during Gospel Music Week in Nashville next month.
