Worship band Fusebox has been laying low for the past couple years, taking a bit of a break while lead singer
Billy Buchanan pursued more of a solo effort while leading worship at his church. The band last released an album
in 2004 entitled Once Again and had been working on their junior release, Transparent, for a few years
before Buchanan released it as a solo album last year. This week, Buchanan gave an update on the band, announcing their
prolonged break from music as Fusebox...
"Fusebox will be taking an extended hiatus. The members of the band are each focusing on other outside interests right now. This is not a break up, just a much needed break. After nearly a decade of touring and recording, this is something that each member feels is necessary. Not to worry, the band will be fulfilling any touring obligations. Billy Buchanan will also be touring with his solo band for a good bit of the summer. Go to myspace.com/billybuchanan for tour dates."
