FM Static frontman Trevor McNevan just announced yesterday the completion of the third FM Static record, tentatively
titled Dear Diary. Below is Trevor's announcement...
"Putting the finishing touches on the new FM Static record as we speak....or type. We're so stolked about it! It's a concept record, so it tells a story from beginning to end. The record's tentatively called Dear Diary and is based on the diary entries of a young boy growing up through high school experiencing the adventure of life. The good, bad and the ugly. I'm really proud of this record, Steve and I hope you dig it, we're hoping to release it right before Christmas (release TBA). If things play out well, we'd like to get with a playwrite, and potentially make it into a full blown musical, it's a pretty theatrical record. Sorry it's been SO LONG, between touring, writing, TFK, etc, time has been a rare commodity. We are SO excited to release this record, and hope you like it. When it does drop, please, do us a favour and.... DON'T BURN IT!!!!! You need the real thing. Thx!tee."
