-MercyMe has been nominated for their second GRAMMY® Award with their #1 Single, “You Reign” for Best Gospel Song, which was also co-written by Steven Curtis Chapman. The band was first nominated in 2007 for their COMING UP TO BREATHE recording.

- In addition, Bart Millard’s second solo offering, HYNMED AGAIN was nominated for Best Southern, Country, Or Bluegrass Gospel Album.

“In response to the nominations, Millard commented, “I am so excited for my brothers in MercyMe and Steven Curtis Chapman! Apparently scrambling to get "You Reign" on the album, at the last minute, was the right decision! To perform at the Grand 'Ole Opry, and then to have HYMNED AGAIN receive a GRAMMY® nod has made the past two weeks a dream come true! Pardon me while I go buy some cowboy boots.”

- In addition to the GRAMMY® nominations, the band has also been named R&R’s Christian AC Artist of the Year, a result of their two long-standing #1 singles, “God With Us” and “You Reign”

-This March MercyMe will launch their national “Rock & Worship Road Show” tour, which will also feature Jeremy Camp, Hawk Nelson, Tenth Avenue North and Addison Road. More tour details to come in January.
