Joy Williams Indie singer/songwriter Joy Williams has just announced her latest venture -- the formation of her first band, called The Civil Wars. Below is her announcement...

At long last, I can finally tell you about something I'm very excited about. On top of working on my own music, I'm working on a new band project with John Paul White - a truly amazing singer, songwriter and guitarist. We are only still scratching the surface of what I feel is bigger than the both of us, and we will both be updating you as often as possible with music, videos, and show dates.
