In 2005, Flicker Records rock/metal act Staple disbanded after their release of their sophomore record. Now, over three
years later, the band is back together with plans for new music as they begin playing shows together again. Below is
lead vocalist Darin Keim's announcement...
"Faithful brothers and sisters,
This is Darin from Staple. In answer to your inquiries, the rumors, and the scheduling at Alive '09 and Ichthus '09:
STAPLE is reborn and booking new shows as you read this. We will be playing ICHTUS '09 and ALIVE '09, along with many more dates are to be announced. After nearly two and a half years of seeking and prayer, and with the blessings of the other original members, I have called on the assistance of several close friends/ tourmates that have been with us over the years to join me in carrying on the vision, the heart, and ministry that Staple stood for since the beginning of our career. Join us for our FIRST SHOW BACK on MARCH 15, 2009 with OH SLEEPER in LAWRENCEBURG, KY. For the entirely new myspace page, the new line-up, info on the involvement of the original line-up, new photos, tour dates, and NEW MUSIC, stay tuned..."
