Kevin Max (NASHVILLE, Tennessee) – dPulse Recordings has announced that long-time digital distribution partner INgrooves will handle both the digital and physical distribution of the coming Kevin Max album Côtes-d'Armor, to be released early 4th Quarter, 2009.

The new album follows two recent Kevin Max releases on dPulse Recordings - the 2008 digital-only release Crashing Gates, which has gone on to become the label's top-selling digital EP; and Raven Songs 101, a spoken word release recorded by Kevin Max in collaboration with the legendary Adrian Belew (King Crimson, David Bowie, Frank Zappa, Talking Heads).

The success of these digital releases proved influential in the decision to partner for both digital and physical distribution for the new album - with the full distribution support of a major mainstream label/distributor.

For Côtes-d'Armor, exclusive digital distribution will be direct via INgrooves, while partner Fontana Distribution - the independent music arm of Universal Music Group - will facilitate physical distribution worldwide. INgrooves is a strategic partner of UMGD (Universal Music Group Distribution), and has distributed dPulse Recordings digital releases since 2003.

The Kevin Max LP Côtes-d'Armor will be the first dPulse compact disc release distributed worldwide by INgrooves/Fontana/UMGD.

Founded in 2003, dPulse Recordings and its associated imprints is home to over 200 artists from across the music spectrum. The dPulse rock catalog is anchored by releases from Kevin Max and Adrian Belew, Parthenon Huxley and Vile Evils. dPulse also represents some of the biggest names in electronic and dance music, including George Acosta, AK1200, Dynamix II, Digital, Medway, 3kStatic and many others.
