MANDISA TO APPEAR ON “EXTRA LIFECHANGERS” WITH STAR JONES THIS WEEKEND

Mandisa Nashville, Tenn. February 26, 2010… Mandisa and Star Jones will be featured on this weekend’s “Extra Lifechangers” segment chronicling their weight loss, exercise, healthy eating habits and more. In addition, a preview of the segment will air on today’s episode of “Extra.”

The “Extra Lifechangers” segment focuses on health and wellness. Each show, "Extra" airs a "Lifechangers" segment on groundbreaking therapies, alternative treatments, fitness secrets and more. Freedom is the follow-up to Mandisa’s 2007 debut True Beauty on Sparrow Records. The two-time GRAMMY ® nominee was a finalist on season five of American Idol. Mandisa was also one of only 26 Idols selected to open Walt Disney World’s American Idol Experience in early 2009. Amidst an active touring schedule, Mandisa is among the members of the popular E-Women and Women of Faith events.
