The Grammy-nominated artist’s lead off single “This Is The Stuff” is already a Top 10 smash at radio and is the perfect introduction to an album that takes the treasures of her debut My Paper Heart one-step further. Working with producer Ian Eskelin, Battistelli has crafted a CD that is every bit as hooky and infectious as its predecessor but whose subject matter, as befitting a young woman whose life has changed so dramatically, addresses a wider spectrum of the human experience. Battistelli co-wrote every song on the upcoming release, which features an 11-track ensemble of soulful pop-tinged inspiring Christian Music. Battistelli is currently playing the main stage on the major “Winter Jam 2011 Tour Spectacular”
Battistelli will be announcing the nominees for the 42nd Annual GMA Dove Awards on February 16 in Atlanta, GA at the historic FOX Theatre’s Grand Salon. The Dove Awards show will air on The Gospel Music Channel on Sunday, April 24 at 8:00 p.m. EST.
