After two years of non-stop touring, NEEDTOBREATHE went straight into the studio to create The Reckoning - an album centered on the songwriting talents of Bear and Bo Rinehart. Inspired by the dynamics they had developed on the road, the band was determined to capture their on-stage energy and exhilarating live performances, along with their experimental recording ideas, on record. "We wanted to make a record where we pretty much tried everything" says Bear. "We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to create something that would define us."

With the arena-ready "Drive All Night," the swagger of "White Fences" and its epic title track, The Reckoning fulfills on the promise of the band's first three albums, offering a powerful and memorable sound that defines the band's ambitions clearly and makes NEEDTOBREATHE one of the most exciting bands to watch.
