As the follow-up to Deas Vail’s last CD Bird’s & Cages the new release is 12 songs that rise with edgy urgency and impassioned hopefulness filled with sweeping melodies, textured layers of guitars and keyboards, and of course in frontman Wes Blaylock’s wailing vocals and beautifully poetic songwriting.
