Since his entrance onto the music scene in the early 80s, Smith has been a worship leader, writer and has recorded some of the church's most popular worship anthems including "Great Is The Lord," "Agnus Dei," "A New Hallelujah" and "Healing Rain" to name a few. These songs were released on three worship albums since 2001, including Worship, Worship Again, A New Hallelujah, and Healing Rain, which have collectively sold more than 3.7 million copies.

July 7 - 14 will see Smith hosting his semi-annual Michael W. Smith and Friends Cruise; this trip touring Eastern Canada and New England.
