Worship act The Digital Age, comprised of former members of David Crowder*Band, released their debut project this week, an EP on iTunes called Rehearsals. The guys have been practicing new tunes as a band without Crowder at the helm and have been posting videos of such practice sessions on their website for the past couple months. This EP is comprised of the music from those sessions.
Upon its release, the EP shot to the top of the iTunes Christian chart. You can check it out here!
When announcing the EP in a newsletter today, the band wrote, "You'll also notice that there are a couple new songs on the Rehearsals EP and you might not have seen the corresponding videos. You should definitely head over to our website and watch them if you're into that whole audio/visual thing. http://thedigitalagemusic.com/main
Wondering what's next from the guys? Well, they capped off the announcement with an answer to questions regarding a full-length, "P.S.- We are currently writing/recording a full-length album of brand new material and can't wait to get that into your hands as well!"
