(Nashville, Tenn.) Dec. 21, 2012 -- Highly decorated rock band Third Day has earned another Gold record with its 2006 Holiday album, Christmas Offerings. This marks the band's ninth career RIAA Gold Album Award.
Released Oct. 17, 2006, Christmas Offerings is the third project in Third Day's successful Offerings series, also comprising Offerings I, Offerings II, and the Christmas Offerings DVD. The record features a unique blend of Christmas classics, originals and some of Third Day's most well known worship songs.
The news comes just weeks after Third Day claimed its 28th No. 1 radio single with "I Need a Miracle" from the band's most recent studio project, Miracle (12/6/12).
