Brad Dring and Rapture Ruckus have launched an all-new "In Crowd" IndieGoGo campaign. Dring announced today, "If we reach our target of $15,000 on our IN CROWD music video project, then Solomon Olds (lead singer for Family Force 5) has agreed to get on the track and video for the first ever FF5 & Rapture Ruckus collaboration. Yuuuus. We got 12 days left to get it done, with your help we know we can do it. Follow the link below, pledge, buy a perk and help us spread the word. We are looking for ALL of you… YOU who will never, ever, be in the IN CROWD to help us make a music video for this song.IN CROWD is all about standing up for the outcasts, the bullied, anyone who has ever felt like they don't fit in. And it's about celebrating the different… and occasionally humorous… things that make us unique.
We've been so blown away by your response to this song, all the photos and comments you've been posting and emails you have sent us. We believe more than ever that the world needs to hear this message. So we're asking for you to help us make the best, most impacting music video we've ever released.
WHAT ARE WE ASKING FOR?
We have developed some crazy cool ideas for this video and put together a budget with an LA-based crew who will produce the clip for us. It's not a huge budget compared to the $500,000+ spent on most major-label videos, but we are confident for that $15,000 we can create something we can all be proud of, that you will want to share with your friends, and will encourage so many people who feel "out" of the crowd.We need you guys to donate whatever you can afford - from $10 to $10,000. There are a bunch of different incentives listed in the side column… we're super excited about the T-shirt design using all the IN CROWD photos and images you've been sending us. And there are some other fun ones there too: try your hand as Band Stylist, bring a Ruckus House Party to your place, or get some friends together and encourage one of your mates by giving them a day On Tour with us!
