NASHVILLE, Tenn. - (October 16, 2013) THE ROYAL ROYAL's Nathan and Gabriel Finochio roar back on the scene to once again create worship music for the next generation on their highly anticipated sophomore release, THE RETURN OF THE KING. The band's new track "The Lights," debuted Top 10 on iTunes this week. Their first radio single, "Every Little Bit Of Praise," debuted in the top 20 on iTunes and is currently impacting Hot AC radio. The Return Of The King is set to release this fall, and features songs that come from a very personal place, yet are universal. The lyrics are fresh yet honest, with music that sounds like it was born far away from the church yet shouts praise with every beat.

"Our favorite thing to do as artists is create: the opportunity to record another album is a complete thrill from start to finish. But within that great joy are two tensions that really act as ropes that make our art a tent for people to enter into and explore. The first tension is that of being new and the second being old. We want our music and expression to be fresh, but we want our theology to be old," says The Royal Royal's Nathan Finochio.

Hailing from the great white north of Canada, the two brothers write songs, lead worship and are creating the new sound of worship music for the church today and the church of the future. While the music is innovative and progressive, the lyrics and message speak of ancient biblical truths.

Gabriel and Nathan grew up in the church where their dad was the pastor, and that experience instilled a love of church. Nathan is currently serving in a New York church and Gabriel is the worship pastor at a church in Chicago. They have a deep respect for the local church and understand that their music, however progressive, needs to be palatable to worshippers and worship leaders. Their desire is that youth worship leaders and youth worship bands will use their music in their local contexts.

Producers David Kuwabara and the band's Nathan Finochio worked together to create a musical paradox. "Sometimes we think that the music should be old and the theology new. Or sometimes we think that the old themes are boring and not worth repeating-as if the blood of Jesus could run its course. Our prayer for everyone that plays this record is two-fold: that they re-discover Jesus Christ in the freshest way, and that the old things seem brand new, all over again," says Nathan.

The Return of the King track list:
1. The Lights
2. Every Little Bit Of Praise
3. Holding On
4. You Make Me New
5. On And On (Find Me)
6. I Will Call Upon The Name (Great Strength)
7. Great
8. The Answer
9. Shine
10. You Put This Love In My Heart

The Royal Royal is a partnership of brothers, Nathan and Gabriel Finochio, who write songs, lead worship and emerge from the studio with a bag full of musical paradox. If you want the one-liner, then this is it: The Royal Royal plays at the intersection of new sounds and ancient truths. Nathan and Gabriel grew up as pastor's kids and attended Portland's City Bible College. The brothers recognize that their upbringing gave them an understanding of the power of music influenced by James Taylor, Steely Dan and Stevie Wonder. Their first album, "Royalty," debuted in October 2012 at No. 15 on the Christian iTunes chart. Their second album "The Return of the King" will release in November 2013 with The Paradigm Collective.

The Paradigm Collective Music is a music services project, developed and founded by Teresa Davis. The core services for the music division includes brand marketing, music and live event development. Its offices are located in Franklin, Tenn. with subsidiary offices in New York.
