NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 24, 2014) - Kicking off 2014 with appearances and a listening party during Stellar Awards week, Jessica Reedy announced the launch of her independent music label Purity Records and an exclusive distribution deal with the #1 independent Gospel music distributor, Central South Distribution. Reedy's forthcoming CD is set for release in spring 2014.
"During my short time in the industry, I have learned a lot about the business and about myself," said Reedy. "I discovered the Lord had created me a leader, a pillar, a trailblazer, a lender, an entrepreneur, and a strong woman who is fearless and capable of accomplishing anything with Christ. Jessica Reedy is a Gospel singer and songwriter who first stepped into the national spotlight on BET's Sunday Best, as runner-up on Season Two. That exposure led to a record deal, and Reedy's first album, From the Heart, which hit #1 on Billboard's Gospel Albums Chart.
