Both Rick and Micah Schweinsberg have had extensive radio experience. Rick began his radio career as an Operations Manager and DJ for WPAY in Portsmouth, Ohio, in 1985, and finished out his radio service with WXIC in Waverly, Ohio before bringing his talents to Nashville. Micah worked part-time as a Program Director and DJ for RadioU in Wheelersburg, Ohio, through his student years at Ohio University.

If we feel a song by an artist fits that target, we will play it, regardless of genre," shares Micah. "You might hear an artist like Josh Turner followed by Big Daddy Weave. Somehow it just works!"
