Nashville, Tenn. (April 11, 2016) - Chris Tomlin was honored today with nominations in every Christian category for the 2016 Billboard Music Awards including Top Christian Artist, Top Christian Album for ADORE: Christmas Songs Of Worship and Top Christian Song for "Good Good Father." The honors put Tomlin at ten total BBMA nominations with three previous wins.
ADORE: Christmas Songs Of Worship hit No. 1 on Billboard's Holiday Albums and Top Christian Albums charts, while "Good Good Father" hit No. 1 on Billboard's Christian Digital Songs, Hot Christian Songs and Christian Airplay charts. The 2016 Billboard Music Awards will take place Sunday, May 22, airing LIVE on ABC.
Tomlin is currently prepping for Worship Night In America events set to take place in Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Miami and New York City this summer. The nights will feature speakers Louie Giglio and Max Lucado, along with musical guests Matt Redman, Matt Maher, Phil Wickham and Kim Walker-Smith.
